Skills Assessment
It is recommended for Arabesque students of all levels to take an annual or semi-annual Skills Assessment with director Yasmina Ramzy or a senior teacher in order to receive solid personal feedback in a written report. This feedback will help the student know where to concentrate her or his attention in order to speed up the learning process. It is a good indication of when the student is ready to move to the next level. For more advanced students, it lets them know what is necessary to accomplish before becoming a performing soloist, an apprentice in Arabesque Dance Company or an instructor if they desire. It is usually a 30 minute private session where the student comes away with written feedback on all of the following points.
