Arabesque Academy students receive $2.00 off regular rental rates. Inquire about bookings at the front desk.

Availablity

Typical availabitity as follows:
Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 4:00pm - 10:00pm

Studio A

950 square feet

$20.00/hr as of October 1/09

Studio B

800 square feet

$15.00/hr as of October 1/09

All time slots are confirmed only once paid

No refunds or substitutions.

No hard or heeled shoes allowed on floor of studio

Studio Rental for Parties

To use one of the studios for a reception or party before or after a Workshop such as a bridal shower:

$30 per hour - includes receptionist
-access to sink and microwave in kitchen
- free to have food and drinks and have access to our chairs and fold out table
- client must clean up - any extra time for receptionist to clean is $30 an hour
- maximum 40 people - must stay in studio, can not mingle in reception area

Monthly Rentals

Monthly renters will have their regular time slots reserved on an ongoing basis provided they pay by the 1st of the month.

Studio Rules

We have soft floors! Therefore NO: tap, point, or any heeled shoes

Auditions: Both studios must be rented. One studio to be used as audition space, the other used as a waiting area for clients. Arabesque is not resposible for looking after your clients

Studios must be clear from any debris (water bottles, food containers, etc.) brought or consumed during your rental
